I had a great 2-night stay at Villa Olea 1. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of all the action in Split. The room was clean, air-conditioned, and had modern facilities. I loved how close it was to the ferry, making it convenient for exploring the area. Sandra, who met us at the car, gave us some helpful tips on the area. Despite a small mix-up with the villa's name, it was only a 3-minute walk to the correct one. The only thing I missed was having a mini-fridge in the room. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Split.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Split and I was pleasantly surprised by a few things. the location was perfect - right in the city center, with a great selection of restaurants just outside the hotel. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. Secondly, the staff was amazing. Marko, the friendly and helpful communicator, went above and beyond to arrange a last-minute airport transfer for me and even allowed for a late check-out to accommodate my schedule. Lastly, the room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the basic amenities I needed. The bathroom was especially impressive, with a good view from the window. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
All was great, no improvements needed.

Great room and location!
I recently spent a weekend in a small hotel in the heart of a busy area. The room was lovely with modern furniture and clean facilities. The location was perfect; surrounded by plenty of places to eat and drink, with a short walk to the city center. The friendly staff even offered a discount for a nearby restaurant.
There were some negatives to my stay. The hotel had no staff present during my entire visit, making it difficult to gain entry and receive assistance.

Had a weekend stay, location was top, notch, just around the corner from the promenade and key old town attractions. Staff were pleasant and accommodating, offering good recommendations for restaurants and sights. Enjoyed the complementary toiletries in the clean and well, kept room, and the free Wi, Fi was a bonus.
The room was small, and so was the bathroom, with no place to stow much, making it pretty cramped. the thin walls made it hard to sleep;
